Forrest Fest Poetry


The 2008 Peggy Zuleika Lynch Poetry Competition :

I. Adult Poetry (age 13 up) Any Form
II.Children's Poetry (age 12 and under) Any Form

(Three submissions per entrant)


Participants should send adult and children's category poems on a single page, less than 32 lines, with a cover page that includes the title of the poems and the name of the poet. Certificates can be mailed. The cash honorarium will be awarded to the first place winners of each category present at the festival.

The judge for this year's Adult and Children's category's will be To be Announced.


ALL CATEGORY DEADLINES - Deadline for submissions to all categories is April 20, 2008

Honorariums and certificates will be awarded at the festival

Registration fee of $10.00 is suggested for anyone who plans to attend. Register early to help us with our plans for the events, cook-out etc., consider BAR-B-Q etc. A $10 donation for the BBQ is suggested

Your submission entitles you to have your work anthologized and gives Forrest Fest the right to include one of your entries in the Forrest Fest 2008 Chapbook Anthology.

Please submit only copies of your original work as we will unfortunately not be able to return entries.
