Hugh Tribbey Hugh is a new and welcome addition to Forrest Fest. He will be a Judge at Forrest Fest. An assistant professor of English at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, where he teaches literature and creative writing, his most recent work has appeared in "Flint Hills Review," "Red River Review," "The Dream People," Xstream," "Sidereality," "Muse Apprentice Guild," and the anthology "The Best of Dream People Poets," He holds a Ph.D. in English from Oklahoma State University. |

Pat Bennett Forrest Fest is also pleased to welcome returning featured poet Pat Bennett to the 2003 event. Pat acknowledges his reputation as being the oldest promising young poet in Texas. Other readers include: Darla Hanson, Julie Clark, and Cathy Martin who will present excerpts from her musical "Love Spell." Akido Poet Gary Heck will present his poetry Saturday afternoon. Connie Williams will present selections from her new collection, My Mother's Bones. Other guests to be announced.
